Antique Antonius Stradivarius 1886 - 4/4 Violin for Restoration
Antique Antonius Stradivarius 1886 - 4/4 Violin for Restoration
Description
Antique full-size (4/4) violin for restoration. The label on the inside reads "Antonius Stradivarius - Deutiche Arbeit 1886"
The violin features an exceptionally beautiful two-piece flamed maple back plate and matching ribs with a deep, warm amber varnish finish.
• Please Note (Condition Warning): This is a project piece requiring a complete overhaul. There is a prominent structural vertical split running up the front soundboard panel as pictured. It is currently missing its strings, and the accompanying vintage bow is broken with unraveled horsehair. I have the broken off bridge.
