Machine was faulty, not working right, it will turn on, screen works, rotating dial and buttons work, will start a cycle, but lately this makes alot of noise during a cycle, the drum feels loose and not held in place as it should so possibly the drum bearings have gone or whatever etc. It worked perfect up until the last week.

This was bought new in january 2019 from currys. Samsung gave it a 5 year warranty and the motor has a 10year warranty according to the sticker on the front etc.
