I bought in extra lace when I ordered the dress and added lace to the v neckline in front and on the back. The dress has not been altered on the waist etc and only on the length. It’s still long and I am 175cm in height. I added in two bra cups with underwire to support bigger bust which worked really well. These can easily be removed if not required.
