By adding a slight amount of weight to your normal walk, your muscles have to work slightly harder than normal. This means that your normal walk to the school, park or shop will now be an additional strength and endurance session, all without you needing to find another spare hour in your busy day.

Velcro (hook and loop) fastener allows for easy adjustments to ensure that you get a snug yet comfortable fit.

Compact enough to store them in your gym bag or in a drawer at home and then quickly pull them out and go.

These weights were specifically designed for building muscle, strength training, and increasing endurance. However, this does not mean that you will have to suddenly begin intense workouts. Instead, it simply means that you can gently increase the difficulty level of what you normally do.
