This compact accessory mounts easily to a 3x3” upright using our quick and secure monster knurled knob. Once set up, the user can insert a standard olympic bar into the landmine’s 10" long dom steel pivot sleeve—creating a stable, upright barbell station for a wide range of rotational training exercises, including: landmine rows, landmine press, standing barbell russian twist, bent over rows, push press, push jerks, cleans, and deadlifts.

The monster landmine 2. 0 is made in the usa and equipped with bronze bushings and a machined aluminum joint for smoother, quieter, more fluid movements. If you already own a monster rig/rack/stand, this is an essential addition to a serious rotational power training program.
