Vintage Mistral Super IMCO Windsurfer + Pat Love Kailua Hawaii Sail
Vintage early-1980s Mistral windsurfing equipment, including a Mistral Super IMCO-class board and a vintage Pat Love sail marked "Kailua, Hawaii."
A very interesting piece of early windsurfing history and an ideal project for a collector, vintage windsurfing enthusiast, restoration project, display or nautical/surf-themed collection.

Sail
Included is a vintage Pat Love sail marked:

KAILUA, HAWAII
The sail features the distinctive green and yellow bands and large clear window sections associated with early windsurfing equipment.
Pat Love was one of the pioneering figures of the Kailua, Hawaii windsurfing scene. Vintage Pat Love sails from the early 1980s are documented by the Windsurfing Museum Prague.
Condition
This is a genuine vintage item and is being sold in used/as-found condition.
It has been stored for many years and shows considerable signs of age and previous use. The board is dirty and has scratches, scuffs, marks and areas of damage/repair. The sail also shows age-related staining, wear and deterioration.
I have not attempted a full restoration or refurbishment.

I have not tested the equipment on water and therefore cannot guarantee that it is currently seaworthy or suitable for use without inspection/restoration.

Due to the size and nature of the board, collection is preferred.
