Brand New. Possibly Vintage. Never Used. No Label. May even be Handmade. Beautiful Rich Velvet Bag. Fully Lined with 2 inner pockets. Large Decorative Bow to Front. Double Handle. Bag Opens/Closes by means of Tight Metal Fastener. Can be used in handbag/clutch form or worn over the shoulder.
