Xbox Series X (boot loop)

I bought this second hand and broken to try to fix it. It is a box series X, all components are inside (including the SSD) and working, but it has an issue with the boot loop, can do the offline update, but would be stuck at 62%, see pictures. When I looked at the message from the SSD, it said it could not find the disc drive, I have tried by swapping out the disc daughter board with a replacement drive and still the same. I feel like the issue is with the connectors or could the chip needed to be transferred to the replacement board of the disc drive.

I will provide the replacement disc drive, I have no use for it anyway. And the raw SSD partition image where you would need it for the SSD in case you need to reformat the SSD.

The SSD inside is 1tb, and at 99% health, I know how much it is worth and how difficult it is to find one as there are only two makes/ model on this planet that will be compatible with Xbox series X so please make reasonable offers only.
