Online Media Sales Executive
(Dublin)
Distilled Media is one of the largest online media groups in Ireland. We operate some of Ireland's most well known and popular internet brands including Daft.ie, Boards.ie, Adverts.ie and TheJournal.ie. The Distilled Media Group currently has 6 million unique visitors and delivers over 250 million page impressions per month. Due to continued growth of our sites we now have an exciting opportunity for a talented Media Sales Executive to sell online advertising solutions across a range of our titles. Responsibilities: - Selling a range of advertising solutions across some of Ireland's biggest websites - Building and developing new and existing relationships with direct clients across all industries - Managing advertising campaigns from sale to completion - Working with clients and traffic management to maximize campaign effectiveness - Meeting and exceeding sales targets Skills: - At least 2 years media sales experience Ideally TV, Press, Radio or Online - Strong prospecting, cold calling and presentation skills - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Proven experience of managing, developing and maintaining client relationships - Ability to generate ideas to increase revenue - Strong team player What we can offer: - A fast paced, challenging and fun working environment - An attractive salary - The opportunity to work with one of Ireland's fastest growing and most respected Internet companies. We are currently recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to develop our customer service platform business. This is a senior position for a candidate with a proven track record of selling software solutions into large companies. Existing clients using the Boards.ie Talk to product include Bank of Ireland, Vodafone, O2, Eircom and UPC. Graduate Software Developer

The Distilled Media's web development team is looking for a graduate developer to join the Boards.ie team and help build, iterate and manage our broad range of websites. As a grad developer on our web development team, you will be working on site features that are used by thousands of people across multiple devices and platforms. Developing on some of the busiest websites in Ireland will give you the opportunity to work on interesting problems at large scale, whilst pushing technologies like PHP, Nginx, Solr, Amazon web services, NodeJs and handlebars to their limits. We have a very high standard on our engineering team and are looking for smart, passionate developers. The role is an extremely rewarding one for the right candidate, as you will be given ownership over your own projects from day one. Requirements: * BS or MS in Computer Science or related field * First class knowledge and experience of web application development using PHP, CSS, HTML and JavaScript. * A good working knowledge of SQL is required.
