We source the best of local produce so you can savour your meal in the knowledge that every morsel has been grown, reared or produced with the same care and attention to detail with which it has been prepared.
All produce used is sourced from Cork County – East, West & North. Indeed many of our products are sourced within a 12 mile radius of Midleton and we run a 12 Mile Lunch Menu during the Spring and Summer months
