During this time frame, we provide a guaranteed replacement for any faulty keys since the date of delivery. Once your Office is activated, your coverage transitions to our Limited Warranty.

🟡3 [Limited Warranty]: Your purchase includes a limited warranty tied to the product's official Microsoft Lifecycle Support period. For example, if Microsoft ends support for Office 2024 in 2029, our warranty will also expire on that date. While activated license keys do not expire, we may extend coverage for rare issues like random deactivations that may occur even after the warranty has ended, as long as we have supply**.

🟡3 [Obsolete Products]: We provide you a 2-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for obsolete Office products that are no longer supported or developed by Microsoft, e.g. Windows 8 and Office 2016.
