🟡1 [Cancellations/Refunds]: No cancellations or refunds after delivery. Perpetual digital codes are single-use, non-returnable and risky to resell.

🟡2 [Limited Warranty]: You get replacement key(s) for faulty keys or activation issues. If you don't activate your licence key within 25 days of delivery, your warranty can become invalid. If your Office is activated, you get warranty until Office 2024 Pro Plus becomes obsolete in October 9 2029, but with exclusions**** (see below).

🟡3 [Obsolete Products]: You get 2-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for obsolete Office products that are no longer supported or developed by Microsoft, e.g. Windows 8 and Office 2016.

****Exclusions:
- Hardware upgrades like hard drives, or computer failure.
- Reformatting your drive or reinstalling the operating system.
- Uninstallation or reinstallation of the software.
