Policy for Activation, Refunds & Replacements:
As a Windows and Office seller, we follow similar policies to Microsoft and our suppliers. Our policies and PDF guide may be updated at any time to stay current with any changes.

🟡1 [Cancellations/Refunds]: No cancellations or refunds after delivery. Perpetual digital codes are single-use, non-returnable and risky to resell.

Once your Office is activated, you get warranty until Office 2024 Pro Plus stops getting updates in October 9 2029, with exclusions** (see below). The warranty is not transferrable to others.

🟡3 [Obsolete Products]: You get 2-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for obsolete Office products that are no longer supported or further developed by Microsoft, e.g. Windows 7, Windows 8, Office 2016, Office 2019.

**Exclusions:
- Hardware upgrades like hard drives, or computer failure.
- Reformatting your drive or reinstalling the operating system.
- Uninstallation or reinstallation of the software.
