Triggering a flash? Attach one PlusX to your camera, another PlusX to a remote flash using the appropriate flash sync cable, set both radios to the same Channel, and start taking pictures.
Triggering a remote camera? Attach one PlusX to a remote camera using the appropriate remote camera cable, set both radios to the same Channel, and press test on the PlusX in your hand. For this setup, the E Release firmware with the PlusXe radios will give you extra range and reliability for triggering at longer distances.
The PlusX radios are the simplest PocketWizard radios ever and the perfect entry into the PocketWizard Wireless System.
