Rapido 990M Motorhome

Rapido 990M. 2008. Mercedes 3Lt v6. C1 license required at the time being. The EU has updated the standard car license to 4.3 tonnes, to allow drivers to drive this Motorhome. I cannot renew my license so can't drive it now, heart broken over this.
