New tires
Timing belt and fan belt just done in the last few weeks
Mechanically sound
Almost no rust
Rock and roll bed
Fridge works with shore power
Gas hob for cooking
Sink with two sections
Lots of storage and room to stand up
Kids bed slides across in the high top, suitable for u10s
Passenger seat swivels
Electric windows
Tax is only 56e a year

Cons:
Awning doesnt work
CVRT out of date, may need the EGR valve fixed to pass on emissions
Leisure battery isnt currently charging off the main battery, but I 90% sure it's just a cable that needs replacing but I will throw in a battery charger that you can plug in at home before your trip as a temporary measure.
