@AngelaP: Hello. The rail length from ground to ground is 9 meters. I'm selling the awning for my parents. They bought a caravan with a fixed bed for ease of use and the awning is too small.

@roym Pole. We used it for 4 summers, we traded in the caravan for a bigger one with a fixed bed so the awning no longer fits.
