Mid Century Ceramic Windproof Water Ashtray

Vintage Mid-Century Modern Ceramic Windproof Water Ashtray
Description:
Up for sale is a fantastic piece of retro barware/patio décor: a vintage mid-century modern ceramic windproof water ashtray.
Featuring a brilliant, functional design popular in mid-century Europe and Mediterranean cafes, this "smokeless" ashtray is built to keep the wind from blowing ash around.
• How it works: Simply fill the interior chamber with a little bit of water through the side hole. Drop ash or cigarette butts into the central funnel top. The water instantly extinguishes them and traps odors inside.
• Cleaning: The side drainage hole allows you to easily flush it out and rinse it clean under the tap.
• Aesthetics: Features a beautiful, glossy rich brown glaze with a clean, minimalist silhouette that looks great on a patio table, bar cart, or mid-century display shelf.
