Description
Paragon Ware, this company was famed for its high quality porcelain, it was granted many royal warrants. The company was previously known as Star China, which was a partnership between Hugh Irving and the great gandson of the founder of Aynsley. In the 1960s the company was taken over by Royal Doulton but kept the Paragon Ware name because of its quality. The figurine is 13cm tall and beautifully hand painted, her face is exceptionally charming. The back stamp dates between 1953 and 1960.
