Red Glass Sweet Dish

This may be a butter dish but because of it’s red colour I have always used this as a candy/sweet dish. The dish has some age and has some sign of use. It has a moulded glass main floral pattern on the lid with another floral pattern within each of the main flowers leaves. It also has a fleur de lis pattern around the bowl and the lid. The red colour seems to have been imprinted on the clear glass. There is some loss of the red colour on the lid with a little of the clear colour showing through. There is very slight loss of colour on the bowl but cannot really be seen unless the bowl is held up to the light it cannot be seen if the bowl is placed on the table as the red of the rest of the bowl hides it. The bowl is great to use at Christmas time. It is 13cm wide and 7cm tall to the top of the lid. Please see pictures. It has no chips cracks or crazing and the lid fits snugly.
