These are antique "Cambridge" pattern diner plates made by Hollinshead & Kirkham (H&K) of Tunstall, England. The company manufactured earthenware from 1900 to 1924, and this specific "Cambridge" design is a type of "flow blue" ware, which is known for its elegant, slightly blurred cobalt blue patterns.
