Vintage Johnson Bros HIS MAJESTY Turkey Dinner Plate, England, 27cm. Please see all pictures as they are the most important part of the description.
Beautifully colored Thanksgiving turkey plate made in England by Johnson Bros. Manufactured between 1955 and 1983. This dinner plate has a glossy finish and a transferware style with the HIS MAJESTY pattern in brown ceramic material. Printed makers mark stamp on the back.
The plates were utilitarian objects. They have micro scratches from knives and forks, which are very barely visible.
I have two pieces.
