2007 Ireland Central Bank Ivan Mestrovic Uncirculated €15 Silver Proof Coin in Original Presentation Box. The coin celebrates Ivan Mestrovic who submitted a design for the first coinage of the new Irish free state in 1927. His design featuring a woman with harp arrived too late for consideration. However, the design was subsequently adopted by the Irish central bank as its official seal. Comes in a black velvet presentation box with numbered (4966) certificate of authenticity. The coin features Mestrovic’s original design.
