Scarce, Mint Condition, Vatican Medal, "Greater Altar, Basilica of Saint Peter"

Fantastic Vatican medal in Mint condition. A scarce medal especially in this Beautiful condition.
A large medal measuring approx - 35mm in diameter and 2mm thick. It has a Silver look inner and a Gold look outer rim.
Inscription: " BASILICA DI SAN PIETRO ALTARE MAGGIORE", (Greater Altar, Basilica of Saint Peter).
