Obverse: Helmeted Head of Minerva Facing right (Roman Goddess of justice, law, wisdom, and victory). The Romans equated Minerva with Athena the Greek Goddess. The four pellets/dots above Minerva denote the value denominational mark of the coin, which was one-third of an AS or 4 unciae.
Reverse: Prow of a Galley facing right with 4 pellets below.
