Umm no? Those are standard parts (CPU, cooler, HDD, SSD) that'll fetch a good price on their own. People looking to buy gaming PC parts will likely snatch them up.
The case, motherboard and PSU are standard to Acer (proprietary form factors) and I needed them as spares.

The issue with these Acer units is their upgradeability. Since the stock PSU is only 180w, it's hard to use any GPU other than a single slot low profile card that draws power from the motherboard, even that's not recommended at less than 300w. You cannot use a standard power supply either because it has proprietary power connectors to the motherboard and a TFX form factor. The motherboard itself is of a proprietary DTX form factor, so you can't use it in a new case.
