Hey, just wanted to reach out about the PC. I've done a fair bit of research on the components and wanted to be transparent about where I've landed.
The RX 6700 XT is the star of the build and I genuinely like it — solid card.
However a few things pull the overall value down for me.
The Ryzen 5 5500 isn't the same as a 5600X under the hood — it has slower cache access which impacts performance in the specific games I want to play. Combined with the B450 board there's also limited upgrade headroom down the line.
The Crucial Ballistix RAM is actually a discontinued line — Micron killed the entire Ballistix brand in 2022 and stopped all production. No new stock exists anywhere, so if a stick fails there's no manufacturer path. That's a risk I'd be absorbing as the buyer.
Taking all of that into account I'd like to offer €450. I'm local, I can move quickly, and there's no messing around — cash in hand whenever suits you.

That RAM is end of life — if either stick fails I'm buying replacements at inflated prices with no manufacturer support or looking at entirely new, coupled with the 5500's slower cache architecture that shows up in a lot of recent AAA open world games.
How old is the machine? What's the lowest you'd go understanding if RAM fails it's me taking the 150-200 hit on new in this market
