Hi, thanks for sharing the details. The build looks strong overall, especially with the 7800X3D, but I do have a few concerns that make me think a lower offer is more realistic. The RTX 3070 Ti is still decent, but it is an older GPU, and I also noticed there is no mention of the PSU, which is important.
