fiido d11 electric bike

Fiido d11 ebike .
Got it last Christmas (2025).
Shimano 1x7 gears.
Shimano mechanical disk brakes.
Back break cable is fraying so is weaker, easy fix.
Front break works perfectly.
250w motor.
36v 13.5A battery.
Holds charge well, can do about 25 kilometers on a charge.
25km/h top speed (can be modified through 3rd party methods).
Replaced the back tyre after pictures were taken due to the tread weakening (the new tyre is different looking to the old one).
Comes with charger and original battery.
Throttle is broken but pedal assist (throttle activates when pedaled) works perfect. Possible to fix but I have no experience working with bikes so did not.
Willing to trade for items such as a mountain bike , electric scooter or electric bike.
Perfect bike to fix up or ride straight after sale.
