Samick S1 Stratocaster type electric guitar - Made in Korea

Here we have an interesting and rare Samick Strat type guitar from 1980 - made in Korea.

This has the standard small "F" headstock and bullet trustrod.These were made for the Japanese Market.

Has quality machine heads and bridge - set up with a new set of 9 guauge strings.

The rosewood fingerboard is in great condition as are the frets - see photos.

Samick made the Squier Strats for Fender from 1989 to 1991.The Korean squiers like the Japanese models are now sought after.

This is as good as any of the Squier Stratocasters produced in Korea,

Samick also produced the Hondo guitar range which was popular in the 1980s.
