when you remove the lens is the glass clear when held to the light, does aperture ring & focus turn smoothly

if you look through the lens from both ends is their any dust or fungus is like looking through a net curtain, basically is the lens clear, do all the silver & black rings turn smoothly?

Thanks but I'll pass, the actual lens is somewhat sought after these days & can be used on modern digital cameras with an adaptor, M42 mount to sony, canon,olympus,fuji or any mirrorless digital camera, prices for the lens can reach €100 or more.
