It pairs the smooth, classic high-gain fluid sustain of the legendary HS-3 (DP117) with the articulate, glassy note definition of two HS-4 / YJM (DP217) noiseless stacks. They are famous for delivering hot lead lines and biting Stratocaster tone with absolutely zero 60-cycle single-coil hum.

Technical Specifications & Tested Health: Every pickup in this set has been fully tested and verified using a professional bench-grade Fluke multimeter. All three pickups are in perfect working order, reading strongly and consistently within a healthy 24.6k to 25.3k factory range.

Bridge Pickup: DiMarzio DP217 (HS-4 / YJM Stack) — Hot Red Lead: 26 cm

Middle Pickup: DiMarzio DP217 (HS-4 / YJM Stack) — Hot Red Lead: 19 cm

Neck Pickup: DiMarzio DP117 (HS-3 Stack) — Hot Red Lead: 15 cm

Wiring & Condition Details: All three pickups feature DiMarzio’s standard 4-conductor + shield wiring configuration. The black and white wires are securely tied together in series for standard hum-bucking operation. Red is the hot lead, and Green + Bare are the grounds. The neck pickup features a handwritten paper factory label that reads "117" (HS-3).Please Note: The hot (Red) leads are generous (up to 26cm on the bridge), meaning they have plenty of slack to comfortably reach the controls. The ground (Green/Bare) wires were previously trimmed shorter during a past installation. They are still perfectly usable if you route your grounds cleanly, but you can also easily solder a small extension wire to them if your project requires extra reach.
