For sale is an authentic France and Germany Star, a British military campaign medal awarded for service during World War II. This medal was specifically issued to personnel who served in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, or Germany between D-Day (6th June 1944) and VE Day (8th May 1945).
​Item Details:
​A six-pointed bronze star featuring the Royal Cypher of King George VI (GRI VI) surmounted by a crown.
​Includes the original ribbon in the national colors of France, the Netherlands, and the UK (Blue/White/Red/White/Blue).
​Excellent vintage condition with a natural aged patina. The strike is sharp and clear.
​100% original period piece.
