On December 15th 1993 a joint declaration was signed between the British and Irish governments..This peace initiative was a pre cursor for the Good Friday agreement and outlined a framework for peace and reconciliation in Northern Ireland. It was signed by John Major abd Albert Reynolds. This is a fragile copy(wall hanger) of the agreement.
