For sale is a gorgeous piece of 1920s history—a genuine British sterling silver pocket pencil holder casing, dating precisely to 1924.

With its beautiful engine-turned pattern and original black textile tassel, this is a quintessential "Peaky Blinders" era gentleman's accessory. In the mid-1920s, pieces like this were tucked into waistcoat pockets or attached to pocket watch chains (chatelaines) as a statement of style and sophistication.

The item features a brass telescopic inner sleeve that slides out smoothly.
