No, they cannot be functionally repaired. Because these are Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses (indicated by the front-facing camera lens, capture LED circles on the corners, and thick arms), the broken hinges contain delicate electronic ribbon cables and internal components.

When the hinge or arm breaks off completely like this, the internal connections are severed. Furthermore, third-party repair shops cannot service them, and Ray-Ban does not sell or offer official replacement parts for Meta smart frames.
