Mint-Infused Raw Wildflower Honey

A fresh twist on a Beezi favourite.

We took our much-loved spring wildflower honey and gave it a cool, refreshing new character. Fresh garden mint is carefully dehydrated, finely ground, and blended into the honey, letting its bright aroma and flavour spread evenly through every jar.

The result is a honey with a gentle minty lift and a soft, light green colour, smooth, fragrant, and just sweet enough, with that cooling mint finish that lingers pleasantly on the tongue.

How to enjoy it

Stir a spoonful into hot water or tea for a soothing minty brew
Drizzle over yogurt, porridge, or fresh fruit
Swirl into dressings, marinades, or glazes for lamb and vegetables
Spread on toast, scones, or pancakes

Good to know

As with all raw honey, natural variation is part of the charm, colour and mint intensity may vary slightly from jar to jar. Crystallisation is natural and simply shows your honey is raw; a gentle warm water bath will bring it back to liquid gold. Not suitable for infants under 12 months.
