Phyllostachys vivax f. aureocaulis (Golden Chinese Timber Bamboo)

A magnificent giant bamboo prized for its thick golden-yellow canes, often flushed with green at the base, and its lush green foliage. Phyllostachys vivax f. aureocaulis creates an impressive architectural feature and is one of the largest and most spectacular hardy bamboos for Irish gardens.
