The spectacular cut foliage of this peony provides a fresh, green backdrop for the bright yellow blooms. It will reach a greater size than most other tree peonies, so plant it somewhere where it'll have plenty of room to expand. Large pods holding glossy black seeds follow on from the flowers.

Hey just wondering as I’m looking through your page, are the pictures you’ve taken from the internet or are these actually the condition of the plants currently?

@jane84 Hi, I use the actual plants when possible as they come into flower at different times. This time of year, end of summer, most plants are getting near the end of flowering.
As all my plants are growing in pots you can plant anytime as long as the ground is not frozen
