@thiago26 I tried installing it again played a couple of games then would crash again but wouldn’t happen then afterwards so don’t know what it would be and I don’t play anything else so could be something simple if someone knows what there doing

Did you try to factory reset the console? Looks like its more of a software issue than an actual problem with the console itself. It may run perfect after reset
