Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver Vesta Case – Chester 1906 – Rolason Bros
A fine Edwardian sterling silver vesta case featuring exquisite hand-engraved foliate scrolls and a vacant shield-shaped cartouche. Hallmarked for Chester, 1906, with the maker's mark 'RP' for Rolason Brothers. Features a secure hinge, side suspension ring, and match striker on the base.
Equipped with its original top suspension ring, it makes a lovely, eye-catching addition to an antique Albert watch chain or worn as a unique vintage pendant on a silver necklace.
It has the usual little dints and wear that's it's picked up over its 119 years and the spring doesn't snap closed. Still a very nice piece of history. Please see photos for condition
