@leonard power: Unfortunately, although I would certainly have a watch from 1961, I am unable to determine the exact date of manufacture with 100% certainty. It is unlikely that you will be able to purchase such a watch within your budget. If you care about the specific date of manufacture, it can only be determined based on the reference number of branded watches, or by looking for a watch in its original packaging with proof of purchase and date of purchase, but both of these options will be beyond your budget.
