Rolex - 1968 - 1601 Oyster Perpetual Datejust

This is a stunningly original example of the highly desirable 36MM Rolex Oyster Datejust from 1968. The solid steel case is in excellent condition with only some minor signs of wear.

The original Rolex signed steel pearlescent dial has been professionally refinished to the highest possible standard and is classically Rolex.

The applied steel hour batons with black centre and steel hands flow into the dial and are perfectly framed by the solid white gold fluted bezel.

The very high grade Rolex signed 'chronometer' standard automatic movement is again in excellent condition.

High quality, black Hirsch 'London' alligator strap with steel Hirsch buckle included.

Last serviced in 2020. Purchased from Sonning Vintage Watches in August 2020 with receipt and details provided by them, no papers. New tube recently fitted. No offers below asking.
