Vintage Bulova Swiss Quartz Accuset Day/Date Gold-Tone Watch

An interesting vintage Swiss-made Bulova Quartz wristwatch, probably dating from the late 1970s or early 1980s.

The watch features an attractive champagne-coloured dial, a distinctive gold-tone case, a day/date calendar and a black strap.

A particularly interesting feature is the Accuset electronic seconds correction system. Using a small push-button beside the crown, the seconds hand can temporarily accelerate or stop to allow precise synchronisation with a time reference.

Working condition:

The watch is in very good working order, with a new battery fitted.

The day/date calendar and its setting functions work correctly. The Accuset push-button has also been tested and responds as expected.

The watch keeps very good time during normal use.

Cosmetic condition:

Good vintage condition, with some visible signs of age and use on the case and case back. Please examine the photographs carefully.
