Gatefold sleeve; with white inner sleeves. Includes CD of “Betty” and gig ticket stub from Helmet gig at Button Factory, Dublin in 2010.

This original US vinyl pressing on double 10" does not contain the same standard track listing as the CD and single LP versions. This version includes tracks Flushings (B4), Thick (C3), and Pariah (D2) and omits the final track Sam Hell. Flushings was included on the Biscuits For Smut CD single. Pariah was included on the EastWest EastWest Explicit Music compilation CD released in the UK and as a bonus track on the Japanese CD releases. Thick is unreleased.

Betty is the third studio album by American alternative metal band Helmet, released in 1994 by Interscope Records. It is Helmet's highest charting album in the US.
Prior to Betty's release in June 1994, the album's biggest hit, "Milquetoast", appeared in alternate form on The Crow soundtrack as "Milktoast". Its video was in regular rotation on MTV, and videos for "Wilma's Rainbow" and "Biscuits for Smut" were also released.

All Items are from a personal collection, stored upright and in excellent conditions. All items, vinyls & sleeves are cleaned, visually inspected and LPs / records / CDs are played (partially or completely) prior to been giving ratings & comments, before LPs/CDs listed.

LP’s come with plastic sleeve cover.

Postage is available on limited conditions:

P&P at buyers risk is €6, this is a A Post pre-paid padded envelope. Records will be wrapped in cardboard, etc and sent via normal post. Any loss or damage is completely at buyers risk.

P&P for LPs Registered will be approximately €13 (Depending on weight).

Boxsets or multiple items may be more.

CD’s can be sold separately.
Registered post for CD’s in cases is approximately €10.00
P&P (at buyers risk) for a CD is approximately €4.95, or €3 without case/tray. Additional CDs may increase cost and the above A Post prepaid padded envelope may be a better option.
