Description:
In order to highlight some elements of traditional culture that make up our identity, the INCM, in collaboration with the National Museum of Ethnology, created a series of collectible coins entitled <>.

The fourth coin in this series, made by the sculptor Baiba Šime, is alluding to the <>, original figures made of baked and painted clay that are born from the brilliant creativity of master craftsmen, who explore religious and festive themes, everyday life , the bestiary (devils and misshapen figures) or legends and popular narratives, where the famous Rooster of Barcelos stands out.
