A unique one-off custom wristwatch professionally converted from an original vintage Tissot pocket watch, built around its authentic Tissot Le Locle Swiss movement.

This is not a factory-made Tissot wristwatch.
It is a carefully executed pocket watch conversion, created to preserve the character and mechanical heritage of the original watch while giving it a new life as a wearable wristwatch.

At the heart of the project is the original Tissot Le Locle movement, clearly signed and in excellent condition. The movement is marked 15 jewels, Swiss, and 2 adjustments, and has been professionally serviced. It is running strongly, winding smoothly and keeping good time.

This is a genuine historic Tissot donor watch – not a random loose movement from mixed parts – which gives the watch real vintage Swiss character and authenticity.

The dial was individually reworked in my workshop specifically for this build. I deliberately kept the design clean and restrained, allowing the proportions, typography and mechanical layout to speak for themselves rather than over-decorating the watch.

The oversized case, visible original movement and classic oversized crown give this piece a strong vintage conversion identity, with a look somewhere between early military wristwatches, marine instruments and classic workshop-built customs.

Important Note

Although the case features sealing O-rings on the caseback and crown, the watch has not been pressure tested, so it is being sold as not guaranteed water-resistant. As with all vintage-based mechanical conversions, it should be treated as a dry-use watch.
