Selling this beautiful NOS Soviet era vostok Amphibia a true rarity for the condition it's in the watch features the signature 420 case and unlike the modern Amphibias the watch is not Automatic rather its a mechanical hand-winder and due to that wears much thinner than the modern examples, also unlike the modern examples the watch features a serial number The chrome plated bezel and crown have retained 100% of their original finishing including the stainless steel case&caseback has maintained its industrial style polishing and grinding and has not been reconditioned in any way Which in today's market for soviet era watches is very rare because people tend to polish these watches to make them look nicer on camera ... watch features a lovely sun-burst cream/silver roman dial and pattinased loom on the hands and dial, i have tried my best to capture the dial in all its glory however it looks much nicer in person please note that the loom on the dial&hands is very poor due to age. watch keeps good time, winds well while it is meant to be waterproof it is a 40 some year old watch and i wouldn't consider it waterproof anymore due to the age of the gaskets. this watch is matched with a new mesh bracelet that compliments the overall metalic style of the watch.
