Fabulous Vintage SylvaC Art Deco Tall Hyacinth Vase, Shape #2452 in the Lovely, Popular but Less Common Green Glaze, Excellent Condition

I am still listing some items after our recent house move and down-sizing.
I’ve quite a few eclectic items of décor which I am not currently displaying, due to colour scheme changes, space issue etc. They still bring me joy, and I probably would use them in future again, but something needs to go!!!

For sale here is a Fabulous Vintage SylvaC Art Deco Tall Hyacinth Vase, Shape #2452 in the Lovely, Popular but Less Common Green Glaze, Excellent Condition

This vase is the Mid-Sized Tall Art Deco Hyacinth Vase by SylvaC, pattern number 2452. The Hyacinth Range was produced in 13 different shapes and sizes, please see the last photo.

This tall slim vase shape was produced in three different sizes, Shape #2452 being the mid-sized of the three. The design is floral in theme, with upright overlapping hyacinth leaves.

The glaze is a gloss finish in the popular green glaze, which is rare enough to find, much less abundant than the paler whites, creams, beiges and yellows.

It measures 9 inches/ 23cm in height and is 3 inches/ 8 cm at the base, and slightly wider at the widest point.

The vase is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The Hyacinth range of vases and planters are highly collectable and these make anything upwards of €45 online, ex shipping and customs.

A lovely Art Deco item in a popular but rarer to find colourway, perfect for a contemporary setting where it would add a great pop of colour and texture in a monotone-themed interior.

It would also look fab planted up with some bright green indoor ferns such as Boston ferns, maidenhair ferns or asparagus ferns. That was my plan but never got round to it!!
