Stylish Paddle-Shaped Hand-Blown Art Glass Vase in Excellent Condition

My Covid Clearout Continues and now I have moved onto my Art Glass collection.

This is a fabulous tall Paddle-Shaped Art Glass vase that is hand blown, but with no markings on the base I am unable to attribute it to a particular glass blower or factory.

The main colours of the glass range from a pale mottled lilac, through mottled rose pink to a very pale mottled pink. The shape of the vase is very organic and streamlined, reminscent of an inverted paddle, a shape which accentuates the subtle patterning in the coloured glass. The colour looks better in the flesh, it was a hard vase to photograph.

The vase stands just over 15 inches inches/38cm in height and is about 6 inches/ 15 cm at its widest point. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

A statement piece perfect for display in a contemporary or retro setting.
