For sale is a store assistant's badge from BALY shoe department stores. Bally was established in 1851 by Carl Franz Bally (1821–1899). Today, the Bally stores are still trading, now owned by the Austria-based Labelux Group.

Size: about 1 9/16" x 9/16" (39mm x 14mm).
Material(s): brass metal with 2 vitreous enamels.
Finish: chrome plated.

Approximate age: c.1960's to c.1980's.

Excellent condition. No damage. Pin in working order. Badge actually looks better than in the photos above.
